Tax Manager

About the role

RBK is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Dublin office. The role involves delivering tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients across multiple sectors. You will work closely with senior partners to provide strategic tax solutions and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax Partners, Associate Partners and Directors to enhance service delivery for a large and varied client base.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, leading the delivery of high‑quality tax advice and compliance services.
• Undertake consultancy assignments covering all areas of tax, including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross‑border expansion and financing.
• Provide guidance on succession planning, tax audits and interactions with Revenue.
• Engage with Revenue on client matters, including handling tax audits and investigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax advisory and compliance, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver tailored tax solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Motivation to develop expertise across various tax disciplines and sectors.
• Based in Dublin or willing to work from the Dublin office.
