About the role

Our client, a forward‑thinking accountancy practice in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will lead tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver tax compliance engagements, ensuring timely delivery and accurate filing.
• Support tax planning initiatives and provide high‑quality advisory advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Allocate staff, monitor deadlines and oversee junior development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the tax partner to enhance the firm’s tax capability.

Required profile

• CTA tax qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Irish accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, with leadership experience.
