About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead our Private Clients practice, providing expert advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, owner‑managed businesses and partnerships. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver comprehensive tax solutions across personal, corporate and property matters.

Key responsibilities

Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and partnerships on personal tax, succession planning and investment structuring.
Provide high‑end personal tax advisory and consulting services, including audit defence and tax authority interventions.
Support M&A transactions from a tax perspective and ensure compliance for a diverse client base.
Contribute to the design of management incentive plans for corporate clients.
Offer specialist advice on real‑estate and property transactions.

Required profile

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax consulting and compliance services.
Strong academic record with a degree in accounting, economics, finance or law.
Professional qualification such as AITI or CTA.
