Tax Manager – R&D & Innovation Tax

About the role
As a Tax Manager you will specialise in R&D and Innovation Tax, managing client tax credit claims and providing financial consulting. You will collaborate with technical consultants to draft R&D Tax Credit submissions while maintaining autonomy over a portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver R&D and Innovation Tax Credit claims for clients.
- Provide tax consulting on corporate and R&D tax matters.
- Work closely with technical consultants to prepare accurate claim documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with client decision‑makers.
- Stay informed of legislative changes and industry developments.
Required profile
- Experience with Irish corporation tax; R&D tax experience preferred but not essential.
- Relevant accounting or tax qualifications (ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA) preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, think analytically and communicate confidently.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
