Key responsibilities

• Manage the revenue intervention process and maintain liaison with tax authorities.
• Conduct pre‑audit testing across multiple tax heads to identify disclosure opportunities.
• Prepare qualifying disclosures and negotiate settlements, including interest and penalties.
• Advise clients on their rights, tax authority powers, and strategic responses.
• Assess client tax controls and support the development of a robust Tax Control Framework.
• Coach and train junior and senior staff, fostering a learning culture.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote risk‑management practices.
• Lead multiple engagements, ensuring delivery within budget and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of tax experience, preferably within a revenue authority, Big 4, or comparable practice.
• Experience with tax audits is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Qualified tax or accountancy professional (or equivalent experience) with strong academic record.
• Proven ability to direct multiple engagements and deliver results.
• Strong business acumen and insight‑driven approach.
