Tax Senior – Employment Tax & Global Mobility

About the role

The Tax Senior will join Crowe’s growing tax department, focusing on employment tax and global mobility. Working under the guidance of a Tax Partner or Director, you will develop technical and advisory skills while delivering high‑quality tax solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management and delivery of cross‑sector tax assignments.
• Assist with assignment scheduling, planning, staffing and structure under supervision.
• Contribute to client advisory on tax planning opportunities and consultancy projects.
• Handle multiple tax assignments concurrently, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Liaise with colleagues across audit, company secretarial and other disciplines to support the Tax Department.
• Maintain and develop client relationships to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure all work is documented with clear rationale and complies with firm policies.
• Participate in day‑to‑day supervision, training, and performance management activities.

Required profile

• Relevant tax qualification (e.g., AITI, CTA) is highly desirable.
• Experience in employment tax and global mobility matters.
• Ability to work under guidance while managing multiple assignments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
