About the role
Avoca is seeking a responsible full‑time Team Lead to support the management team at its Ballsbridge store and café. You will play a key part in daily operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the department according to manager guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash reconciliation
- Address customer service queries and resolve complaints
- Manage ordering processes for the store
- Provide general support to the management team and perform ad‑hoc duties as needed
Required profile
- Proven track record of taking responsibility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Reliable and flexible work approach
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail management or supervision
- Experience in merchandising within the retail market
