Team Leader – Coffee Shop

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and staff, guiding daily operations and ensuring a high‑quality coffee experience. This role is designed as a development pathway, giving you the chance to build leadership skills while working in a vibrant, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support barista team members during each shift.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and store presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with scheduling, training and performance feedback.
