Team Leader

About the role

We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive, positive, and observant Team Leader to drive personal development and life‑skill programmes for young adults. The role combines frontline support with administrative duties, offering a balanced mix of direct client interaction and strategic oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 75% of your time on frontline activities, supporting young individuals in their personal growth and community participation.
• Allocate 25% of your time to administrative tasks, including report writing and system management, within an office or in‑house setting.
• Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture that values rights, meaningful roles, and independence.
• Participate in a monthly Team Leader Forum via Zoom for ongoing training and development.
• Receive mentoring and coaching from the Support Coordinator to enhance leadership capabilities.
