About the role
Team Leader Nights introduces a night‑shift leadership role that strengthens operational support, leadership cover, and compliance management within the cash and carry operation while supporting local walk‑in sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and leadership cover in the absence of the Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Support compliance across food safety, health & safety, medicinal products, transport and distribution, and order assembly and route preparation.
- Assist with daily operational planning and execution.
- Support team supervision, coaching and task allocation.
- Support loading and unloading of customer orders to delivery vehicles.
Required profile
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a replenishment function (desirable).
- Team player who is results driven.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
