Team Manager – Retail

About the role

Primark is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store section in Athlone. The role combines commercial planning, stock management and team leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Own an allocated section, handling commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales targets.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise Retail Assistants, assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an outstanding store environment and optimise sales.
• Drive personal development through digital learning and career pathways.
