Team Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Primark is looking for a proactive Team Manager to lead a store section in Bray. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to oversee daily store operations.
• Manage an allocated department, including commercial planning, stock control, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise and delegate daily tasks to Retail Assistants.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on performance and talent development.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships and foster a supportive employee culture.
