Tech Lead – Feature Team (Cloud‑Native SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Tech Lead for a feature team based in Ireland. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, guiding the design and delivery of modern cloud‑native SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution, own architecture and code delivery for a product‑focused feature team.
• Write high‑quality backend code and solve complex technical challenges.
• Design and maintain scalable, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, code reviews and removal of technical blockers.
• Use AI coding agents to boost engineering efficiency while ensuring code quality and security.
• Monitor production health, ensure reliability, security and performance of services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and scaling cloud‑native SaaS platforms.
• Strong production background with a focus on scalability and quality.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Product‑oriented mindset and ability to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
