Technical Interviewer – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Interviewer to join a globally distributed, fully remote team based in Ireland. In this role you will evaluate technology talent for a variety of technical positions, ensuring candidates meet the high standards required by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical interviews with pre‑screened candidates across software development, cloud, databases and modern engineering practices.
• Design, develop and refine interview questions, technical assessments and evaluation frameworks tailored to each role.
• Collaborate with recruitment, technical and hiring teams to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs, technical requirements and role expectations.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep assessment methods current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or technical interviewing.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on software development experience covering backend, frontend, databases and cloud platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
