Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a fast‑moving technology environment in Ireland. The role will act as the central hub connecting engineering teams, product owners and external partners to deliver complex technical projects from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of platform initiatives, integrations and partner onboarding activities.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Drive daily progress by removing blockers, facilitating decisions and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
• Organise cross‑functional meetings to review status, address challenges and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Serve as the primary communication point between engineering, product, business teams and external partners, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Establish and enforce project governance, documentation control and change management.
• Translate business requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes, tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in a software development or technology setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end technical projects with multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities, with a track record of handling several projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
