Technical Sales Manager – HVAC/Data Centre Solutions

About the role

Silent Aire, a Johnson Controls business, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business for its hyperscale cooling and modular data‑centre solutions across EMEA. You will combine deep HVAC knowledge with a hunter mindset to win new data‑centre clients and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new data‑centre accounts across EMEA, focusing on custom HVAC solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing with urgency and precision.
• Provide consultative technical expertise, translating product features into client benefits.
• Build and nurture relationships with consulting engineers, architects and data‑centre stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to shape strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of business development or technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC, data‑centre or related engineering sectors.
• Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly motivated, independent and detail‑oriented.
