Telecom Sales Business Development – Unlimited Commission

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in Ireland as a Business Development professional focused on the telecom sector within the healthcare market. You will leverage your sales expertise to acquire new clients, nurture lasting relationships, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards every deal you close.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecom, broadband, mobile, SME telecom, retention, loyalty, churn or similar sales environments.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2 and work Monday‑Friday onsite.
