About the role
Oxfam Ireland is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic tele‑fundraiser to join its growing telemarketing team. You will contact existing supporters and donors to encourage continued and increased contributions to the organisation’s international development work.
Key responsibilities
- Contact previous regular donors to encourage repeat giving.
- Reach out to supporters of current campaigns to promote monthly gifts.
- Upgrade active givers by encouraging an increase to their monthly donation.
- Make thank‑you calls to loyal donors to show appreciation for their support.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong spoken English.
- Passionate, determined and committed to Oxfam’s mission.
- Interest in international development, the NGO or charity sector.

What we offer
- 35‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday, 11 am‑7 pm.
