Telesales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales & Customer Service Representative to join Covalen’s team in Dublin. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and web‑chats, providing sales support, complaint handling and administrative assistance for our client’s customers and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, emails and web‑chats efficiently.
• Address customer issues and complaints with empathy and confidence.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including SLA compliance.
• Analyse moderately complex information and unusual situations using appropriate techniques.
• Liaise with other departments and perform additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in a call‑centre, customer service or sales environment.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to manage time, priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• General computer literacy.
