Telesales Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Telesales Team Leader to drive a high‑performing sales floor in our Dublin head office. You will coach, motivate and develop a group of super‑star telesellers, ensuring they hit targets while enjoying a fun, incentive‑rich environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and give continuous feedback to a team of telesales professionals.
• Monitor performance, conduct call listening, and provide actionable guidance.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Manage and distribute daily incentives, prizes, and commission structures.
• Collaborate with an in‑house coach to further develop team capabilities.
• Maintain high morale through celebrations, deal songs, and regular social events.

Required profile

• Energetic, fun‑loving and passionate about leading others.
• Proven experience in telesales leadership or similar high‑energy sales environments.
• Strong desire to progress up the career ladder.
• Ability to deliver continuous feedback and side‑by‑side support.

• Basic salary £40,000 plus commission – potential earnings £60,000+ per year.
• Average £1,500 per month in commission payments.
