About the role

Join the Skechers team at Liffey Valley for a temporary, fully‑flexible sales position. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers find the perfect footwear while driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve retail targets including total sales, units per transaction and product volume.
• Act as a shoe ambassador, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Upsell accessories and apparel alongside footwear.
• Maintain a tidy, fully‑stocked sales floor and attractive visual displays.
• Collaborate with back‑of‑house staff and management to meet customer needs.
• Share product expertise with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work mid‑week, weekends and late‑night shifts.
• Physical ability to reach high shelves, bend low and handle merchandise.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for footwear.
