Tenant Engagement Manager

About the role

iCare Housing is seeking a Tenant Engagement Manager to join its team in Ireland. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, helping to build strong relationships and ensure a positive rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and implement engagement strategies to improve the overall tenant experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate support services and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and the mortgage‑to‑rent scheme.
• Assist tenants in accessing relevant resources and information.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in tenant engagement, housing management or a related field.
• Proven conflict‑resolution skills and ability to handle tenant inquiries effectively.
• Understanding of housing policies, regulations and the mortgage‑to‑rent scheme.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ireland and a valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant academic qualification in housing, social work or a related discipline.
