Trading Team Manager (ROI)

About the role

As a Trading Team Manager you will drive commercial delivery on the sales floor, coach colleagues and help B&Q achieve its ambition to make every customer count.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end stock management, range changes and promotions on the trading floor.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights and customer feedback.
• Support team members in building deep product knowledge and delivering meaningful customer interactions.
• Maintain effective stock‑management rituals and routines to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Comfortable coaching and developing colleagues.
• Leads rather than does, with a passion for process and organisation.
• Well‑planned, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
