About the role
Join a leading Irish food and convenience retailer as a Trainee Manager in Limerick. This permanent, full‑time position offers you the chance to develop managerial skills while working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of senior managers and executives.
- Learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties.
- Acquire essential knowledge to become a future store manager.
- Support daily store operations and assist with customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year retail work experience.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work and delegate in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- HACCP knowledge.
- Health and Safety expertise.
- Food Safety Protocols familiarity.
What we offer
- Permanent, full‑time contract (42 hours per week).
- Net salary €2,495 per month (€35,000 gross per year).
- Weekly salary payments.
