Training & Site Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Training & Site Administrator to support our operations at the Edgeworthstown site. The role combines administration of training records, coordination of compliance activities and providing reception and general office support across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reception cover and ensure professional presentation at all times.
• Maintain site security protocols and enforce audit SOPs, ensuring no unauthorised entry.
• Manage training compliance for mandatory areas such as forklift, manual handling and food safety.
• Schedule, monitor and process training‑related payments within the annual budget.
• Update training records, HR noticeboards and ensure document revisions are current.
• Conduct quarterly audits of training platforms to verify employee registration and compliance.
• Liaise with HR, H&S, Engineering, Quality and Production to identify and resolve training gaps.
• Coordinate with external training providers and internal managers to arrange training sessions.
• Archive and file current and historical training records in both hard‑copy and electronic formats.
