Transport Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Logistics Coordinator will tackle daily operational challenges to ensure routes and collections are completed on time for our customers. Working within a tight‑knit team of seven, you will help maintain smooth service delivery and efficient crew operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor communications with vehicles, drivers and on‑board systems to meet service requirements.
• Analyse fleet performance, identify drivers of efficiency and work with the wider Logistics Team on improvements.
• Coordinate drivers and crew members according to route demand.
• Communicate professionally, effectively and assertively with colleagues.
• Confirm completion of scheduled jobs and customer requests.

Required profile

• Strong initiative and motivational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to bring people together to implement solutions.
• Customer‑focused, self‑motivated and comfortable in a busy environment.
• Team player who can see the big picture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite).
