Trust & Safety Analyst – AI & Policy Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Trust & Safety Analyst to join a leading e‑commerce platform in Dublin. The role focuses on protecting marketplace integrity through policy enforcement, AI‑driven solutions and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage policy enforcement, investigations and escalations across the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and enforcement guidelines.
• Design and evaluate AI/LLM models, data‑labeling processes and automation workflows.
• Produce analytical reports, trend analyses and performance dashboards using SQL.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI and operations teams and manage external vendors.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of Trust & Safety experience in e‑commerce, online marketplaces or similar.
• Strong knowledge of counterfeit, prohibited and unsafe product listings.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM, machine‑learning model evaluation and process automation.
• Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis.
• Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, eBay or Shopify is a plus.
