About the role

The Unit Dose 12hr Filling Operator supports AbbVie’s production of sterile unit‑dose medicines in a Grade B cleanroom environment. The role focuses on safe, compliant batch filling while maintaining high quality and environmental health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving EHS goals by following all plant and departmental safety policies.
  • Perform in‑process quality control checks of unit‑dose products.
  • Monitor punching activities during batch filling and ensure proper operation.
  • Back‑up janitorial tasks and keep the filling area clean each shift.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to good aseptic practices.
  • Execute duties according to SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Stay up‑to‑date with revised SOPs and complete required cGMP and safety training.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
  • Manufacturing or cleanroom experience is preferred.
  • Good computer skills for data entry and documentation.
