Vaccinator – Fixed‑Term Contract (Ireland)

About the role

Medmark is seeking qualified nurses or EMTs to deliver on‑site vaccination services across Ireland on a fixed‑term basis. You will work directly with client organisations, setting up pop‑up clinics, administering intramuscular injections, and ensuring a safe, professional experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform intramuscular vaccinations and related health measurements at client locations.
• Set up, operate, and dismantle pop‑up vaccination clinics.
• Maintain stock levels, clean equipment, and manage medical waste according to regulations.
• Respond promptly to anaphylaxis or other adverse reactions.
• Record client assessments accurately using Medmark’s software system.
• Provide advice on vaccine suitability and address client queries.

Required profile

• Registered nurse (NMBI) or EMT registered with PHECC.
• Training in anaphylaxis treatment and proven vaccination experience.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
• Access to personal transport and ability to pass Garda vetting.
