Venue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead one of our busy bingo and gaming venues in Dublin. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Drive sales, profitability and achieve key business targets.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Regulations, Responsible Gaming, AML, Health & Safety and internal procedures.
• Manage cash handling, security and cash‑in‑transit processes.
• Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Required profile

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, gaming or similar customer‑focused environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive business results.
• Hands‑on management style capable of motivating and developing teams.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
