Vice President, Digital Platforms & AI Marketing Transformation

About the role

The Vice President will lead the Vertical AI transformation for marketing while establishing best‑practice standards for public‑owned digital sites. This senior position blends strategic AI adoption with hands‑on digital platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Vertical AI transformation roadmap, owning key workstreams and projects.
• Identify, research and evaluate critical marketing AI tools and platforms, including custom agents and large‑scale integrations.
• Design, manage and run Proof‑of‑Concept projects to validate new AI‑powered marketing capabilities.
• Implement and optimise AI tools, configure marketing agents and integrate solutions with technology teams.
• Develop frameworks to measure AI initiative performance and ROI, producing actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Define and document best practices for public‑facing marketing sites (performance, SEO, accessibility, security, scalability).
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for digital platforms, supporting the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) replatforming and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor site health, identify improvements and collaborate with technology, content and design teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing technology or digital platform management.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying AI to marketing (generative AI, personalization engines, predictive analytics).
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, analytics or AI‑powered marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital architecture and infrastructure.
