Village Content Producer – Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Village Content Producer to lead the creation and delivery of social‑media and brand content across our forest villages. You will work closely with village teams, specialist creators and the wider marketing department to bring our brand to life in a natural, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and coordinate on‑site content shoots while minimising disruption to guests.
• Develop and maintain brand voice, guidelines and storytelling for each village location.
• Create, edit and repurpose high‑quality assets for Center Parcs, sub‑brands and ESG initiatives across owned and paid channels.
• Generate fresh ideas for the content calendar, spotting trends and ensuring relevance.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, animators and other creatives to enhance engagement.
• Work with the social team to produce social‑first content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Required profile

• Creative storyteller with a passion for digital media and popular culture.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and quality standards.

Required skills

• Experience with major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Content production and editing for photo, video and animation formats.
• Ability to adapt assets into multiple formats for various channels.
