Warehouse Coordinator – Limerick

About the role

Orona MidWestern Lifts Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its Limerick warehouse. You will ensure that goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and stock accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and keep internal stock control systems up to date.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse coordinator or supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and logistics.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
