Warehouse & Logistics Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to join our operations team. The role bridges warehouse processes with digital systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth freight coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and correct ERP stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process purchase order receipts and create purchase orders for shipping, rework, and stock adjustments.
• Set up manual shipments when standard processes are not applicable.
• Coordinate freight collections across multiple carriers and track shipping costs.
• Prepare commercial invoices for off‑system orders and calculate freight estimates for the sales team.
• Monitor shared inboxes, respond to delivery, carrier, and order enquiries, and act as the first point of contact for logistics queries.
• Research customs requirements for international shipments and advise internal teams on DDP availability and compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams.
