Warehouse & Logistics Partner

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Partner is responsible for end‑to‑end management of pharmaceutical inventory, warehousing operations and logistics activities. The role ensures compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), maintains product integrity and supports safe, timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to departmental and company strategy, drive continuous improvement and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, staging and inventory control while maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness and GDP/GMP compliance.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, temperature‑controlled logistics, shipping documentation, customs compliance and 3PL performance.
• Ensure adherence to GDP/GMP and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate ERP/WMS records, support deviations/CAPAs and develop SOPs and KPIs.
• Utilise ERP and supply‑chain systems to improve visibility, track KPIs, analyse trends and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, production, planning and procurement, communicating risks and updates across functions.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑to‑end management of pharmaceutical inventory, warehousing operations and logistics activities.
• Familiarity with GDP/GMP standards and ability to work with procurement, manufacturing, quality and external logistics providers.
