Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Dublin operation located near the N7/M50 junction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse activity, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems and conduct regular stocktakes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and ISO regulations, conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise warehouse staff, driving performance and a safety‑first culture.
• Control consumables and packaging costs, support budgeting and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Utilise and improve warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain site security, manage access control and protect high‑value assets.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S and other best‑practice methodologies.
• Meet customer‑specific service level agreements and support client audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a medium to large warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and ISO standards.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team, manage shift patterns and conduct performance reviews.
• Excellent analytical skills for inventory control, cost management and process optimisation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
