Warehouse Operator – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Bulgari’s Dublin Logistics and Supply Chain Centre is seeking a Warehouse Operator on a specific‑purpose contract to cover maternity leave. You will join a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment supporting the distribution of luxury jewellery, watches, perfumes and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and ship inbound and outbound goods while verifying quality and quantity.
• Maintain 100 % pick accuracy and ensure timely completion of all warehouse management system (WMS) transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and support stock accuracy initiatives.
• Identify and report any deviations from agreed processes and follow Good Distribution Practice.
• Comply with security, health, safety and environmental requirements, including Known Consignor procedures.
• Participate in quality and continuous‑improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF technology is advantageous.
• Good understanding of health & safety, environmental procedures and continuous‑improvement concepts.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Integrity, teamwork, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
