Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Rathcoole site in Dublin. This full‑time, onsite position involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and supporting our supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and distribute shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Package materials and prepare documentation for all outbound shipments, ensuring GDP compliance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dock and warehouse area.
• Coordinate courier pick‑ups and deliveries as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or higher education.
• Some experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred) and ability to commute to D24.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment, instrumentation, spare parts, and basic supply‑chain processes.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (desirable).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
