Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure that warehouse policies and practices are applied effectively and safely. You will support health and safety management while overseeing daily warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities and assist operatives with their tasks.
• Drive quality policies and ensure compliance across the warehouse.
• Enforce staff adherence to operating procedures and update SOPs as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transport companies, and other stakeholders.
• Handle inbound and outbound goods, including loading and unloading pallets on racking systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Computer literacy with a preference for SAP knowledge.
• Ability to work safely and promote health‑and‑safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (or similar warehouse management software).
• Relevant mechanical lifting equipment licence (desirable).
