About the role
We are looking for a Weekend Chef de Partie to join our small kitchen team at Parkmore. The role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, delivering a set menu for breakfast and lunch to 100‑150 guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cooked breakfast and lunch for a high‑volume service (100‑150 people).
- Manage the complete production process over the two‑day weekend.
- Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout service.
Required profile
- Motivated and focused individual who enjoys weekend work.
- Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to handle large volumes of food preparation efficiently.
