Wellness Marketing Executive

About the role

Join Cornmarket’s vibrant Marketing team as a Wellness Marketing Executive. You will drive awareness and engagement for our Wellness programmes, focusing on Income Protection and Group Life products, while collaborating across marketing, sales, operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise email campaigns, video brochureware, website content, launch events and social media assets.
• Run strategic Salesforce campaigns with targeted segmentation and compelling content.
• Develop deep product knowledge to clearly communicate programme value to customers.
• Partner with internal designers to create engaging visual assets.
• Analyse campaign performance, conduct testing and continuously refine tactics.
• Identify new marketing initiatives and best‑practice approaches to boost engagement.
• Maintain SEO‑friendly website content and ensure a customer‑centred communication lifecycle.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure delivery within financial limits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
• Proven experience executing and optimising campaigns in Salesforce or a similar platform.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and improve marketing strategies.
