About the role
Fin, a leading AI Customer Agent provider, is looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager to grow its Mid‑Market portfolio across EMEA. You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, driving renewals and expanding revenue within French‑speaking accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of French‑speaking accounts, combining inbound and outbound activities.
- Secure customer renewals and identify upsell opportunities to increase long‑term partnership value.
- Execute a data‑driven sales process, providing accurate weekly forecasts.
- Act as a consultative partner, using value‑selling and ROI analysis to solve customer challenges.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Solution Engineers, CSMs, Product, Marketing) to close complex deals.
- Maintain deep product and AI knowledge to articulate Fin’s value proposition against customer KPIs.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within a Mid‑Market environment.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently and meet revenue targets.
- Data‑oriented mindset with experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Consultative selling approach, comfortable delivering ROI‑focused presentations.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to close deals.
