Accounting Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead end‑to‑end accounting operations across its global business. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive process automation, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting activities, validate documentation, and manage month‑ and year‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, drive automation initiatives, and refine SOPs and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, monitor tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular reconciliations, assess financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams, provide accounting policy training, and support new business models.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of audit processes, tax compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, operations and technology teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train stakeholders on accounting policies.
