Associate Account Executive – Inside Sales (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Omnissa is looking for a motivated Associate Account Executive to join its Corporate Inside Sales team in Cork. You will focus on Spanish‑speaking corporate and mid‑market accounts, driving full‑cycle sales in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven digital work platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of corporate and mid‑market accounts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Sell based on insight and value rather than discounting.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, channel partners, and services teams.
• Accurately forecast and manage your own pipeline and targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
• Fluent Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a hunger for growth and achievement.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, performance‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Ability to articulate technical value propositions to business stakeholders.
