Audit Manager – Lead Audit Team in Dublin

About the role

Our client, a rapidly expanding accountancy practice in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio and drive practice growth. You will work closely with partners and international teams, overseeing audit, accounting and advisory engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied client portfolio, delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring effective planning, budget control and timely delivery of engagements.
• Inspire, develop and mentor the audit team to maintain the highest standards of work and client service.
• Identify growth opportunities, support advisory projects and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven project-management ability and capacity to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to client service and business development.
• Adaptable, flexible and commercially aware.
