AV Site Manager & Installation Lead

About the role

Kinly is seeking an experienced AV Site Manager & Installation Lead to oversee day‑to‑day site activities, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery of audio‑visual projects across Ireland. You will act as the primary on‑site point of contact, coordinating resources, logistics and safety while maintaining high technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Kinly team members, subcontractors and external trades on project sites.
• Monitor project progress with Project and Program managers and align schedules to meet milestones.
• Manage on‑site logistics, including consumables ordering, stock control and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project records such as bills of material, asset registers and updated drawings.
• Escalate issues to operations management and ensure safe working conditions in line with company and site policies.
• Oversee installation quality, ensuring sensitive equipment is handled correctly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional AV system installation, termination and configuration.
• Ability to lead, mentor and train a team of AV installers and junior engineers.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines and resources.
• Excellent decision‑making ability in high‑pressure, on‑site environments.

• Signal flow knowledge, cable types and infrastructure standards
• AV‑over‑IP technologies and digital signal processing
• Network protocols and basic networking
• Familiarity with InfoComm/AVIXA CTS standards
