Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across networking, cloud and managed services. In this client‑facing, strategic position you will own delivery from concept through to operational hand‑over, working with cutting‑edge solutions and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT, networking and telecom projects, including LAN/WAN deployments, cloud migrations, security solutions and managed service onboarding.
• Define scope, timelines and technical requirements together with engineering teams and ensure alignment with SLAs, budgets and contracts.
• Act as primary contact for enterprise clients, run project updates, steering committees and resolve escalations.
• Apply structured methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL) to manage risk, compliance and governance.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control and monitor profitability.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as scoping and estimation.
• Manage vendors, contracts and third‑party deliverables.
• Lead transition of projects into managed services and ensure operational readiness with NOC and Service Desk teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex IT, networking or telecom projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and managed‑services environments.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and ITIL.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience in budget and cost management.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
