Bilingual Implementation Specialist (French) – EMEA

About the role

Keeper Security is looking for a bilingual (French‑speaking) Implementation Specialist to join its EMEA B2B Support team. Based in Ireland, you will work either hybrid from our Cork office or fully remote, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our cybersecurity customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Keeper’s software for new and existing clients, including initial and expansion deployments.
• Configure and tailor SaaS solutions to match each client’s specific requirements.
• Provide continuous technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Identify and mitigate project‑related risks, escalating to engineering only when necessary.
• Communicate clearly in both English and French, verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate records of client configurations, customisations, and communications.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Permanent residence in Ireland.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client implementations.
• Experience working with SaaS products and providing technical support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.

• Proficiency in SaaS implementation and configuration.
• Technical troubleshooting and support experience.
• Ability to document configurations and client communications accurately.
