About the role
Join a dynamic sales team in Munster to drive commercial new business for a leading insurance broker. You will lead targeted sales campaigns, work closely with existing teams, and independently generate high‑value commercial leads for conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, quote and convert new commercial client opportunities.
- Achieve income acquisition and referral targets set for the Munster region.
- Conduct regular pipeline meetings and develop new‑business strategies.
- Maintain compliance with legislation, audit requirements and internal processes.
- Manage aged debt and premium collection.
- Build long‑term trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support.
- Deliver professional, timely service to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Managing Director, Regional Directors and other business units to meet team objectives.
Required profile
- CIP qualified and progressing towards ACII qualification.
- Proven ability to work in a high‑energy team environment.
- Experience handling complex commercial risks and converting them into clients.
- Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
- Sales aptitude with flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
