About the role
Dojo is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join its payment solutions brand on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis. You will build your own client portfolio across Ireland, benefit from daily commission payments, and receive full training and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Analyse client needs and propose tailored payment solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
- Close sales and expand the customer base, driving your own earnings.
- Represent Dojo at local events and networking opportunities.
Required profile
- Confident communicator and persuasive closer.
- Driven, goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build personal success.
- 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience (preferred).
- UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred) and right to work in Ireland.
